I found a small display bug: at some UI scales, Picross hints line up with the wrong rows/columns (and the first ones disappear completely). Took me a while to realise something is off and try changing UI scale back to default.
As for the route apparently not lining up in that puzzle, it does line up, but there's a little trick to it. I'm not gonna explain here, but if you shoot me an email through my website's contact form and I can explain the logic
I finished with 15 hints used! This was a brilliant little experience to look forward to when I have some time to myself to mull over.
Most of the puzzles were pretty satisfying to solve, the only exception being WLAVRG (spoiler hidden), which felt like it was essentially brute force. Some were real headscratchers!
Overall, this was a wonderful game and I feel bad for having enjoyed it for free. I'll donate some when I get my next paycheck!
Played this game a while back and it finally scratched a gaming itch I've been looking for forever. Would love to see a sequel or expanded version of the game, maybe even working in some real-world puzzles.
i just finished this game!!! it was awesome!!! i really loved the ending, as well, always a fan of things like that (trying to avoid mentioning spoilers, but hopefully you know what i mean lmao) thank you so much for making it! i played it all day instead of doing my hw <3
The game was fun if a little…cryptic at times. It didn’t help a good few of the hints felt actively unhelpful?…while in others it felt like I had no way to really solve it outside of the help of hints.
And yea, looking back on it, the hints weren't as helpful as I wanted. At the time, I restricted myself to 4, 5 and 6 words each, thinking it was a Creative way of limiting it, but it only came across as unhelpful to basically everyone

Is there a way to reset the game?
I played it a few months back and wanted to again but deleting and reinstalling didn't reset it?
If you go into the options menu, there's a reset button in there
